As a weekly treatment, use GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum to clarify and remove excess oil. Follow with GRO Revitalizing Shampoo to gently cleanse and remove buildup. Complete your routine with GRO Revitalizing Conditioner to smooth, add shine, strengthen and protect from scalp to strand.

1. As a weekly pre-shampoo treatment, use GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum. Leave on scalp for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse.

2. Follow with a quarter-size amount of GRO Revitalizing Shampoo. Lather onto wet hair from scalp to ends.Massage in. Leave in for 1 minute, then rinse.

3. After shampooing, wring out excess water from hair. Apply a quarter-size amount of GRO Revitalizing Conditioner onto damp hair from scalp to ends. Massage in. Leave in for 2 minutes, then rinse.

    Did the formulation change??

    The GRO kit used to leave my hair feeling soft and supple, and made it look SO full of texture and life; I used to get so many compliments on my hair every time I used it! A year and a half later, I bought it again and was excited to have gorgeous hair!

    Well, I'm sad to report that the GRO kit is now making my hair look and feel greasy, weighed down, dull, and limp. It always feels like I have residue in my hair. I've tried clarifying my hair beforehand, rinsing my hair out til the cows come home, just using the shampoo, just using the conditioner, rinsing with hot water, rinsing with cold water, etc. My hair always air dries with a slight wave, yet it's sitting here looking limp, straight, and a little ratty after another wash with it.

    I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing again.

    customer service not only annoying but not friendly

    Item was damaged in shipping - as most of the liquid was spilled in the box - when i called - i was told they would ship the item replacement straight away. Then got an email - item would only be sent once the evidence photo was sent.

    Check the photo sent - not sure if I would buy - especially no customer appreciation.
